We have to compromise between features and disk storage space, so the limit is set to 75 messages for members. One way to cut down the number of characters is not to quote the original message each time you reply to a PM.

Google AdSense The ads are provided by Google and are called Google AdSense. We get paid a few cents every time somebody clicks on a link. Some links pay more than others of course. They're a good way of helping to fund TBF without being too obtrusive, and at least they're supposed to be...

I know ads are not particularly popular, but they're our only source of income to keep this site running. Without them, the site will close :(

I'm going to upgrade to the new vBulletin 3.0.9 later today. It looks like they've found a bug in 3.0.8 which causes IE to freeze on occasions.
