Good advice

They don't have the word MINGER over in the U.S. Although they do have a lot of mingers. I love that word. There's something special about the sound of it. I'm going to say it again. Minger!

They do miss out on a lot of good words.

I had to explain 'wanker' when I was over there, and that's one of my favourites.

I don't like The Bill, but I think it would be good if we could sit all the Americans down to watch it so they could learn the correct pronunciation of 'You slaaaaaaaag'. I think they'd enjoy it to.
 
lol Yes. And they could watch the Sweeney for that too. Very education. We, as a country, might not have much. But we do have the best swear words :D

Anyway, I have a competition to win. What were all the professions in the Village People? There was a cowboy, an injun, a copper and a builder, but what have I forgotten? I need to get my photo finished while I'm still feeling artistic.

Personally i like SG-1, Alias, West Wing

And Northern Exposure was cool!! I used to stay up and watch it when i was a kid (it was on at some stupid hour of the morning, like all the best US TV)

Oh, and English insults are soooo much better than US ones ;)

What, you mean apart from the saccarine tackyness, the annoying fantasy scenes and the obnoxious cast :D Plus, did they ever actually lose a court case?? At least in Law & Order the villains get away with it half the time!!

Ooooh, forgot to add that CSi is fantastic!! :p

... no, but seriously, when i was a kid ... NE hasnt been on UK TV for at least a decade!!

Ummmmm. Yeah. Apart from that :D

NE was the best :)

Always wanted to get to see CSI. Some friends talk about it at work, sounds good. Also 24 sounds very good.
