It's still possible that we won't end up going anyway. Our company is thinking they can pay us to go. If that changes though we have to stay here. I thought I was being clever, now I just feel stupid, because I didn't get the SAM joke. I guess I need to watch it again.

Well, now that I know about the pack of canines you let roam around...

No, I'm talking about if we head south. We will be safe. We'd be going with a bunch of other EMTs, Cops and Firefighters from our town. I really want to help out, but at this point I'm starting to dread going there. I'd really like to be assigned to the Base on the Cape to help care for the refugees we'll be housing. I could leave my dog with my mom and visit her on my days off. Plus, I wouldn't have to worry about environmental toxins.
 
Besides it's a horrible pick, you can't even see my hair. It's just the only one I have on the computer right now.
 
I decided if the electronics in my house were going to kill me while I sleep I better finish off the wine.

We hide the wine in the cellar so the electronics can't get to it.
