I have a friend who's an old school rock hound and he says collecting is permissible.

But I don't see in your collection the Torbenite from France ---- By the way, did you buy the book - Minéraux , Roches & Fossiles de Mediterranée - ?? ---- About my "losirs", I prefer those non-radiactive minerals ...
