i sorta had a long bad summer, and didnt get around to reading a book.... and i heard star girl was very easy and a good book, i would love if someone had the chapter summarys they could email me? rdepiano12@comcast.net i know im a bad boy, i dont enjoy reading much, but when i find a good book i love to read, i just dont have the time please help me out!

You could read the book quicker than you could send one of us money for doing your homework. Sit down and read.

Sirmyk is right. Do yourself a favor-down some caffeine and get to reading. Who knows, you might find that you actually like it.

that would be good, only if i owned the book, please someone help me, :(

This is what I say on the Tech boards when someone comes on and asks for us to do their homework:

Do your own fucking homework!

Has anyone actually read this book? I haven't, but I bought it for my niece this summer. It isn't exactly a long book.

It's a whopping 208 pages. It looks fun. I may have to buy it for my niece so I can borrow it without claiming I purchased it for myself.

No problem. Just make sure you know how to flip burgers or hoist garbage cans as a profession, after you drop out .
Hey, we might sound cruel, but you neglected to do your work - meanwhile we (I at least) have been busting my butt at my job, have many other responsibilities, and I still read a lot of books.
And now your spending your precious few minutes on-line, instead of at the library where you could have read the book in few hours.
What did you spend your time doing, if I might ask.
I don't want to make you feel bad - it's not like I never screwed up in school -but that's why I have this job instead of a better one.

I bought this book last night and read it in about four hours. Fun book. Still I won't help. Lesson: There is still time!

Poor kids just threw himself to the wolves, didn't he?
Just about all of us have pretty busy lives and all taken together, I'd say we average about a book a week. You had plenty of time, you put it off and now you are going to have what I call "a life lesson". Get off the computer and get a book and read it, or else suffer the consequences. Sorry, kid, that's just how it goes.

well if my brother didnt go through drug rehab and my parents didnt get divorced i could have found the time... :(
I'm sorry these things happened, I've been through the divorcing parents thing myself. Its rough, I know. I bet you sat alone at home alot. What better way to escape from this unpleasantness that to immerse yourself in a book for a few hours. Don't start the blame game, where everyone else is responsible for your actions or inactions. Go find a book to read, you still have time.

We all have our troubles. One of those "life lessons" goes something like this:
You either get the results you want or you don't. If you don't, the best reasons and excuses for your failure might get you some sympathy and understanding (except, evidently, here on the book forum) but they won't get you the results.
Now get off your rear end and read the effin' book already.
