I know the feeling. :innocent:

I suppose I'll read it, probably, someday, otoh, maybe not. I don't feel right about it. Everyone brings up the fact he wanted to burn Lolita, and Vera stopped him. True, all true. However, IIRC, it was a finished manuscript, just about, if not, ready for submission. A far cry from what he left of The Original of Laura. I don't think any artist wants an unfinished work to be displayed.

I've been condemned to Hell and appear to have developed a bad case of Stockholm syndrome.

However - on a brighter note - I've recently read a really, really good book that I'm going to do a search for here.
