...what the hell is a tasumi? I guess you're talking about the tsunami. Are you really so undereducated that you can't spell above a first grade level? It would explain your dependence on the School of Hard Knocks. Obviously it's just an excuse you use to explain your ignorance and try not to learn anymore. And a college degree will serve me a lot better than being able to say I've been around for a while.
I find it very strange that a Christian would call all people but Americans worthless. Most of those people in Latin America, Europe, and parts of Africa are Christians. Even if they aren't, the Christian thing to do is to help them. I have several friends who aren't Christian, but since I don't believe God plays favorites (it says in the Bible that he treats all people the same and that those who stood in back of the food line in life will stand at the front in heaven), I treat them just as well as my Christian friends. This us versus them mentality you have is exactly what I hate about America. Believe it or not, the rest of the world is getting ahead of us in several fields. We have nothing to be insanely proud over when schoolchildren in Japan, England, and other countries are a thousand more times educated than American schoolchildren.
The government only helps areas that it benefits them to help--private organizations do all the rest. I don't see the government spending billions on wiping out slavery in Sudan, but they're sure as hell spending billions blowing things up in Iraq because it's convenient. One of the jobs of the more fortunate should always be to help the less fortunate. It says that in your Bible. America isn't doing nearly as much as you think. I know, because I'm involved in some organizations that do work to end world hunger and poverty. That's a more important cause than running around and screaming, "The Earth shall topple upon its axis! Pay attention to me or be damned!" while waving your arms like a savage maniac.
Just for your information, I don't need any help keeping my faith going. I attend church on a regular basis and I am a good Lutheran. You, on the other hand, might need some help if you're ignoring the more important passages in the Bible--the "do unto others" and "the meek shall inherit the earth" and all that jazz. I don't have a 666 anywhere written on my body, and I don't look for it on others. How about you worry about your faith and I'll worry about mine, m'kay?
