Last book you read in one sitting
Many years ago I sat up all night reading The Thorn Birds - finished it at 5:00 a.m. had a couple of hours sleep then blearily went to work. Don't have that kind of stamina now although I sometimes stay up until 1 - 1:30 and feel kind of grumpy the next morning. momac

Ways To Live Forever by Sally Nicholls. Not a difficult read as it is a children/teen book but also really good.

The Girl Who Played With Fire, Steig Larsson. An amazing trilogy, but the first one went down all at once.

Over 500 pages in one day... that is impressive!
And I agree, great trilogy - I found the 2nd novel the best of the three.

Heh, I quit smoking and now I don't have the attention span to sit and read for very long. I am getting better about it, just a matter of figuring out what to do with my hands while I sit.

It's basically a Detective Story...but so much more. It is loved and hated. Definitely an acquired taste. Those friends I have suggested it to, have loved it. There are also friends of mine I would never suggest it to, they would hate it.

Reminds me, I downloaded some JD Robb (your recommendation, Z!) to the Kindle when I thought I was going to be staying in the hospital.
