oh yes, and what I find amazing on a bi-monthly basis is how efficient a snakes digestive system works....what goes in as a full sized, complete mouse....comes out about a week later in a vastly different, and completely unrecognizable, and very much smaller mass of goo. No signs of bones or fur....everything that could possibly be absorbed and used by the snake has been extracted from that complete little package of nutrients called a mouse...Nature is fascinating.
 
Yep they do fart. Mostly they do it when they feel threatened - a kind of defence mechanism.

And yup they do have an anus, I'm in a bit of a hurry today but i'll find a link for you later. :D
 
I know that snakes will deficate as a defense mechanism. I know that some have a very musky secretion they will secrete too, but I've never heard of snakes farting, and I've never witnessed mine farting....but then maybe I'm not a threat to them....
 
I like to fart in the bath. That way, one gets the full, undiluted smell when taking a whiff.

And the bubbles are fun as well.
